Company
Qualifications
Licensing, insurance, bonding, safety record and compliance registrations — published on a page rather than sent when asked.
Insurance
Certificates of insurance (general liability and workers’ comp) are pending. No limits are listed until they are on file.
Insurance and a current certificate rank first in the proof hierarchy for an institutional buyer, ahead of licensing and ahead of safety record. Ours are pending; documents are posted on vendor credentials, ungated.
Bonding
Licences and registrations
Licences and registrations held by NR Building Solutions, each listed once confirmed, with the issuing agency and number.
State licence records publish alongside each state page. A state appears here once we have completed and documented work there and the licence number is confirmed — a licence number in advertising copy is regulated in several states, so this table is populated from record rather than from intent.
Manufactured home installer licensing is a separate regime
HUD administers installer licensing in some states; others run their own programme. It is not portable between states, which means the set of states where we can perform set and installation work is narrower than the set where we can perform renovation work. Each state page states the position for that state.
Compliance platform registrations
Vendor compliance platforms our clients use. These are registrations, not licences.
Registration IDs appear here once confirmed. Tell us your platform and we confirm in writing whether we are registered in it; if not, registration is part of onboarding rather than a reason to delay a first job.
Trade associations
Association memberships and manufacturer or trade certifications are listed separately from licences on this page, and that separation is deliberate rather than cosmetic.
A voluntary credential is not a state licence
A manufacturer certification, a training credential and an association membership are all worth having and none of them is a licence issued by a state. Listing them under a “Licences” heading — which is common in this category — implies an authorisation that does not exist. We keep them apart for that reason and will keep them apart even when the sections are full.
