1. Who we are

This website is operated by NR Building Solutions LLC (“NR Building Solutions”, “we”, “us”), 2633 Callahan Springs Lane, Houston, TX 77051, phone (713) 923-0835. We decide how the information collected through this site is used.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you send us and a small amount of technical data:

• Quote, contact, bid, job application and park-wide quote forms — your name, phone number, email address, property address and ZIP, the service you are asking about, your answer to whether the home was built before 1978, photos you upload, your message, your preferred way to be contacted, and, for bids and applications, company and job details you choose to give us.
• Photos — we remove location and other metadata (EXIF/GPS) from photos uploaded with a quote request before they reach us.
• Consent records — the consent wording shown to you, the time you submitted the form, and the IP address it came from, so we can show what you agreed to.
• Campaign and source data — the page you arrived on and any campaign parameters in the link you followed (for example, the UTM parameters on a door-hanger QR code), sent with your form so we know how you found us.
• Chat messages — if you use the site assistant and choose to send us a request through it, the details you enter.
• Privacy requests — what you submit through the form on this page.
• Analytics — if analytics are enabled on the site and your browser is not sending a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived at the site.
• Server logs — our hosting provider records IP addresses and browser information with each request, which we use for security and to limit abuse of our forms.

There is no account system or login on this site, and no database of visitors.

3. Why we use it

• To respond to your request, call you back, visit the property and prepare an estimate.
• To schedule and perform work you agree to, and to keep business records of it.
• To keep a record of the consent you gave when you contacted us.
• To protect the site and our forms from abuse.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for targeted advertising, and this site carries no advertising pixels.

4. Text messages

We only text you if you checked the separate text-message consent box on our quote form. Consent is not a condition of getting a quote or buying anything. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We don’t share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf:

• Resend — delivers form submissions to us and confirmation emails to you.
• Vercel — hosts the website and keeps server logs.
• Google Analytics — only when analytics are enabled, and never for a browser sending a Global Privacy Control signal.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the safety of any person, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business.

6. Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or an extension sends it, we treat it as an opt-out of any sale of personal data and of targeted advertising, and analytics do not load for your visit.

7. Your privacy rights

We honor these requests from Texas residents, consistent with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code ch. 541). You may ask us to:

• confirm whether we process your personal data, and give you access to it;
• correct inaccurate personal data;
• delete personal data you provided or that we obtained about you;
• give you a copy of your data in a portable format;
• opt you out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects (we do none of these, but you may still ask).

How to ask: use the form below or call (713) 923-0835. We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you within those 45 days and may extend once by another 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Appeals: if we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will review the appeal and respond in writing within 60 days. If we deny your appeal, you may contact the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov (opens in a new tab).

8. How long we keep it

• Form submissions are kept as long as we need them to respond to you, do any resulting work, and keep ordinary business records.
• Consent records are kept for at least five years, so we can show what you agreed to.
• Photos are deleted once they are no longer needed for the estimate or the job.

9. Security, children and changes

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, but no method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
