The Houston metro

Each city page carries real local content: the housing stock, the neighborhoods and the work we do there. A city gets a page once we can describe the work, not just claim the territory.

How our coverage works

We operate from a single headquarters in Houston. Crews are self-performed, not subcontracted, and travel to the job site. For community-scale programmes they stay on site for the duration rather than commuting from a branch.

So a city does not need an NRBS office to get the same crew and the same schedule as Houston. Mobilization is a real cost line, and we show it as one.

A job outside Houston

  1. Walk-throughWe walk the job, or start from the walk sheet or scope you already have.
  2. Written scopeA written scope and price before any work starts.
  3. Crews travelOur own crews travel to the job and stay for the length of it.
  4. Final walk-throughWe walk it again with you and close out the punch list.

Permits and registrations differ by state and city. For a specific job, ask, and we confirm in writing which ones apply.
