Health, retirement, time off and per diem
Call and ask for the current position on health cover, retirement, paid time off and the per diem rate. You will get it from a person, not a phrase like "competitive benefits package".
The one that is not a benefit
Traveling is not a perk and we do not present it as one. It is a condition of most of our field roles, it suits some people and not others, and the terms are set out in full on traveling crew life rather than sold to you here.
Common questions
Recruitment fraud notice
People impersonate construction companies to defraud job seekers. It is common, it works because our industry hires quickly and informally, and it costs people money they cannot spare.
NR Building Solutions will never, under any circumstances:
- Ask you to pay for anything — training, equipment, a background check, or a uniform
- Ask for your bank details, card number or Social Security number before an offer
- Send you a cheque and ask you to forward part of it anywhere
- Make you an offer without a conversation with a real person at NRBS
- Conduct hiring entirely over a messaging app
Every genuine offer from us follows a conversation with someone at NRBS whose name you know. If something you have received does not match that, it did not come from us — call (713) 923-0835 and we will tell you straight away.
