Renovation Project Manager
Project manager role with NR Building Solutions, based in Houston, running manufactured housing community renovation programmes from scope through close-out.

You will own renovation programmes in manufactured housing communities from scope through to closed invoice — walking communities, writing scopes, scheduling crews, running the daily photo record, and being the person the client actually calls.
What the job is. A programme is typically a group of units in one community, sometimes a whole park. You scope them, you assign the crews, you hold the schedule, and you raise change orders on the day a condition is found rather than at invoicing. Our clients are asset managers and regional property managers, not homeowners, and what they want from you is a straight answer and a date that holds.
Travel. Programmes are in communities, and communities are where they are. This role travels with the work.
What we need. Construction project management experience, and the judgement to tell a client something they do not want to hear early rather than late. Manufactured housing specifics — HUD wind and roof-load zones, VOG panels, belly wrap, installer licensing — we will teach you if you do not have them. Plenty of good PMs come from site-built residential or commercial.
What you will not be doing. Chasing subcontractors. Our crews are ours, which changes the job substantially: you are managing a schedule and a scope rather than negotiating with a different company every week.
Pay. We publish the band on this listing when it is set. We are not going to write "competitive" — you know what that means.
